I’ll be fair, the item did arrive and it wasn’t completely unusable, but it looked different from the pictures. The color was off, the shape wasn’t quite what I expected, and the material felt cheaper in person. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on what I received, the photos felt a bit misleading.

I had a really frustrating time with ghetluxe.com customer service. I messaged them about an issue and then just sat around waiting with no real update. When someone finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t properly read what I’d said and just sent me back into the same support loop again.

I know places get busy, and I’m not expecting instant replies, but it shouldn’t be this hard to get a clear answer. Having to repeat myself and still not get proper help made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless they seriously improve their support.

Just a warning for anyone ordering from ghetluxe.com, I got my usual size and the fit was way off for me. The top was much tighter than I expected, and the pants felt smaller too. Maybe it’s just this style, but the size chart didn’t really help much. The quality was okay, but dealing with the fit was frustrating. I’d definitely consider sizing up or double-checking everything before ordering.
